Corrupt Stv file ????

Whenever I am on my IPAD and on the SVT forum, I get a message saying I have won a new IPhone. Just pay one $ and receive your new IPhone. Then they want my CC number. I cannot get away from this message. Only happens on this forum and not on my main computer when on SVT. I have cleaned everything off my Ipad and started from scratch. This message continues to pop up every time I log on to SVT. Any suggestions? Thanks :cryying:

Did you do a full restore of the iPad or just cleared browsing data etc?

This sounds like localized malware and likely the only way to get rid of it is to completely delete all data on the device and restore it back to factory settings. What OS is the iPad running?

I restored to original settings.. OS is 9.0.2

Two things; be sure that you have done ALL of your software updates, then down load an ad pop-up blocker. Until I did this, my iPad was almost useless for this site and a number of others.

Hmmm y'all must watch bad porn. I use iPad and iPhone for 99% of my use. And never had this issue. (Knock on wood).

Update.. I reset to start up settings again, added a new ad blocker, and still getting this sh.t. Only when on SVT forum and not on any other. Not happening on main computer as I am on that now...........
