Seems that since I replaced my clutch and flywheel I have been getting random long cranking startup issues. One of the times it even went the whole time allowed before it stopped cranking. Yet every time I go to start it immediately following the long crank it fires up immediately. I've put over a thousand miles on it since the clutch replacement and have never thrown a cel. It's not a priming problem as I can hear it do a full prime each time I go to start it. Should I pay the dealer 90$ to do the relearn procedure?

yes, a relearn is needed, not sure its the cause of the long cranking (thats possibly another issue that there is a TSB for) but it can cause misfires
