New. Installed and removed but never run. As you can see the assembly lube is still on them. Take them for half what they cost new. See cam card for specs and decide for yourself whether they work for your setup. They are said to be between a stage 1 and 2, and make between 25-35hp over stock with no other changes. I have a full set of PAC springs I can add for an additional cost. $600 plus pp/ship for the cams
