CT machine shops

I was wondering if anybody knows of any quality machine shops in the hartford area that are priced reasonably. I just went to one that quoted me at almost $600 for a wash and to bore it .030 over. I would have expected it to be closer to 400-450. Thoughts or recommendations please

we only use pk machine in fitchburg mass , nobody else . they are the best bar non . i know its not where you want but like i said they are the best.

I could ask my works machine shop, or one of our top out source companies if you want. They are really slow right now, and could make time for work like yours. Just shoot me a PM if you want me to ask.
