Custom Air Filters?

Years back I contacted K&N Tech and ordered a custom height / diameter air filter according to my specs. I was squeezing in all the cfm possible ( with clearance) and would up with some arbitrary height of a weird 2 7/8".....but it just cleared the hood of my hot rod. It took about 2 weeks and not sure if the still do that for customers. It was in the same price range....worth a try!

On their main screen, click on products, this will bring up several sections, under induction you'll find " build your own filter ". Plug in your #'s and see if they have something like what you're looking for.
Several years ago, after not finding what I was looking for, I contacted them.
They modified one of their " stock " filters into what I was looking for. You have nothing to loose & you may get lucky !!
