Custom Sub Enclosure w/ Audiobahn Equipment

I'm looking to sell a sub enclosure I built for my car. I removed the back seats, and built a fiberglass/MDF box to fit in the rearseat area. The box resembles a rear seat delete kit. Included is the audio stuff also, Audiobahn AW101t sub(450 watts RMS/900 watts Peak) and A1801T mono amp (400 watts @ 4ohms, 560 watts @ 2ohms and 1120 watts @ 2ohms Peak). The box is covered in black carpet to match my cars interior, but you can change that.

Asking $300 OBO, might consider parts swap.
