Cutting Pad ??

I got the start up kit from Scott P and it's awsome. I have a question reguarding the cutting pad though. I've always used the Mothers 3 stages (pre-wax cleaner, Polish, Caranuba and sometimes Synthetic.) What is ideal for the cutting pad? Obviously I've been using the polish with the polishing pad, but should I use the polish with both the cutting and the polishing pad???? Thanks!

i usually use my cutting pad removing the swirls with ssr 2.5 i think thats the only thing i need it for.

well I got bored and just clay'ed the car now I want to put the pre-wax cleaner to top off the clay job. Is the cutting pad good for this????

The cutting pad should only be used for paint correction of swirls. I would use a polishing pad for your pre-wax cleaner.
