I finished making my own damper install tool (M12x1.5mm threaded rod, nuts, washers and spacers).

This tool will obviously install a crank damper on GT500 5.4/5.8 engines, just wondering if the thread pitch of this damper tool will also work on the other Ford engines (like coyote, voodoo etc )

So Voodoo wouldn't apply then?

Another question, probably want to get a bearing to make installing the damper easier (I made a tool also for my Z06 when I installed a 10% UD ATI damper on that car, didn't use a bearing for that tool I just greased the crap out of all the washers, spacers, threads and nuts and the ATI got pressed in pretty smoothly).

Is the bearing I would get just a generic type bearing or is it some special kind for pressing crank dampers on?
