Dc Control Question W/ Flex Alite Fans

I just installed the flex alite fans and a dc control i believe the fk35 where does the blue wire hookup to it says the compressor imput but there's 2 wires 1 is black and thee other is brown w/yellow stripe ??????????? any help would be great
