Take a pic of it when you get a chance. I would walk away from it for now, seems like when I do that to stubborn vehicles it helps when I get my mind right and then tackle it on a level head. Don’t want to tear crap up when you get mad.

Done and done, would like this post twice. On the same page, made myself a drink and a nice dinner come back to it tomorrow.

Never good to go full Ken Miles wrench in the windshield status.

There should be an insert that pops out, then you can see the tabs to release the pin.

Black02GT I haven't had the privilege of working on one of the newer 5.0 motors, can the injector harness be unplugged and taken out and if so can it be done without major difficulty? Thinking it may be easier if you have it sitting in front of you not laying over the fender and if your like me with a

The land of commies and socialists!
I recently redid my wiring harness and found that when it came to de-pinning the connectors a safety pin worked far better than any of the tools I bought at the parts store if that's what you are using.

Figure I'll update. The video I initially saw although USCAR connectors had a different de-pinning strategy that didn't work for the Ford version. Saw another Youtube video, grabbed a push pin and had them off in an instant.

All sorts of new problems now, but that a topic for another thread.
