Deactivate Steering Wheel Lock for Track ONLY 2006 Mustang

I did a search and found nothing.

What are the steps to totally deactivate the need for a key to deal with the mechanical steering wheel lock of a 2006 Mustang please? (I already have a push button start, but I currently need the key to deal solely with the mechanical steering wheel lock). Thank you in advance.

Disable PATS system and remove the transponder, ignition lock cylinder and detent. Wire hot side to the on position through the push button start.

Im assuming this is for a track only car?
