What kind of problems with deep dish wheels promote? Found a set of 03 chrome rims that are 17x9 deep dish. They have 275/40/17 nitto 555s on all 4 rims will this look goofy? Will it rub? What will happen.

sweet thanks the link to the rims made it a note that they were deep dish and would not fit like the oem 03 cobra rims would so I just wanted to verify and I will definitely be picking these up tonight. Thanks!!

I would think you'd be fine. I have 18x9s up front and 18x10s out back. My back tires are 285/35/18 and I also have Eibachs....no rubbing what so ever.

Try to find pics with these on a car. IMo they don't look right with a dish. I like dish wheels, just not cobra ones.

I have the satin 03 rims with the 275/40/17 nitto 555 extremes on my car now which is an 01 vert. you can go on the market section to see it or I can send you pics to your e-mail. the tire in the market section are Yokohoma's on the 03 rims. they fit nice and really handle well esp when I lowered the car. you will not be disappointed.

Isn't there a bolt on the irs that you have to grind down a bit to fit a 10.5" dd in the back? I had 10.5s on my mach but that was solid axle
