i havent done it personally but i have a buddy who did too his 95 cobra it definetly made a difference in sound, sounded alot better. added a deeper tone, he got a check engine light though so i never did it. id say just go with a catted pipe. deleting 2 cats is the same as cutting your stock springs imo the cheaper route too go with results
Whether you remove two of the cats or add an aftermarket midpipe you will have the check engine light issue. You need mil eliminators or have a tuner disable it for you.
The car being louder is a bad thing in my book, I am looking for the cheap performance out come. Any of you have numbers track or dyno? I will here in a couple weeks it looks like, not dyno but track #'s before and after and will post them up when I know
