What is the difference in these 2 systems. They are both 100mm systems right??

Dunno, I installed the system 6 on my '01 and system 9 on my '03, but didn't notice if they were different.

NO!!! Call DenseCharger and let them know you need the system for the '03 (the length of the pipe which attaches to the MAF is slightly longer on the '03 system than it is on the '99/'01 system). I do not recall the part number for the '03 system.
Their number is 1.866.509.7453, if I remember correctly.

You need #9. That's what I got on recommendation of the site and the people at denscharger. I got the plugs and I think most people do.
