Dent fix in NJ?

Anyone know of a place to get dents fixed in northern NJ or central NJ?
I also was wondering if a dent could be "too small" to be fixable. I tried taking pictures and the dent doesn't show. I actually am wondering if it could be a tiny paint defect causing the distortion in reflection as I cannot feel it with my finger at all
