Just got finished with a crew cab long bed superduty last weekend. Had over 20 hours into it from clay bar to the interior wipe down. Talk about a job. 
The thing has been stored outside for the last 4 years with nothing more then a normal wash once in a while. It's a 2002 with 30k miles on it.
I went with M105 on the bad spots, M205, 2 coats of NXT 2.0 and then a coat of Gold Class wax.
Anyway here are some before and after pictures.
