I need to know the revs per mile on M&H cheater slicks 28/12.5/16. I cant find any calculator anywhere!!! They're all for the regular tire size. So if anyone knows how to get this please shed some light!! Thanks!

Take the tire, and put a mark on the tire, make one revolution of the tire and measure that distance. Then divide that by 12. It will give you the number of feet per rotation. Divide 5280 by that number and you will have revs per mile.

Some lame math, if the tire is 26" tall and you multiply it by 3.14 you get 81.64" per rotation or 6.803 feet. This means you get 776.13 rotation per mile.

for anyone that is looking to do this I used the chalk on the 28/12.5/16 and came up with 754.285 revs per mile and for the stock 305/45/18 it is 720.327 revs/mile. Going to the track to day so I just got to get ready with a smaller tire it shifts earlier if not compensated for?
