I have alot of what looks like overspray on my car. It comes of alot easier than over spray though and doesn't feel rough. Has anyone else had this on there car? I thought I read somewhere about Railroad Dust or something. Anyone hear of this?

I had dark specks on my yellow convertible when I bought it. The detail guy said it was rail dust and very common. He clay barred the car and now it looks great.
That is what I thought. Thanks...I wonder if my local dealer who I didn't buy it from would fix it???
