Do FR500 wheels have a DOT stamp?

A friend of mine in Japan has a sweet restored 96 Cobra and wants to run a set of FR500 wheels on it. In Japan, car wheels must have a DOT stamp on them before the government will allow them to be run on a car. It would be bad if he were to buy a set, have them shipped to Japan and then find out they can't be used there.

Do all FR500 wheels have DOT stamps on them?

I had some replica ones I got from American muscle over 10 years ago they were made in China I believe and had a dot stamp casted in them
