do standard mustang shocks work on the 03cobra?

I have a set of QA1s that are from a standard axle mustang, will those work on the 03cobra with the IRS?

Madness.
JDM is using the QA1. His freeeky ride had no complaints of hop. Give them a call. Think they are fully adjustable.

Also the new MM&FF had an add out by QA1. They have the struts as wells & can be easly transformed into Coil Overs.

Dont go with the Koni's. Car will floot & no matter how stiff u make it my 01Cobra would bottom out.

so then the answer is the 03 cobra uses a standard mustang shock on the rear... nothing special... right?

No, the rear shocks are not 'standard' Mustang. The shocks for the IRS have a different sized bushing at the bottom.

Different specs. Just call QA1 for the local dealer near u or call JDM but dont try getting GT shocks for ur 03

Ok, are they the same length though? I can always change out the bushing on the QA1s I have.
