Has anyone purchased the Mezeire electric water pump that I've seen offered through RPMoutlet? It says provides a 17.1 rwhp increase but that seems a little much to me. If anyone has gotten one of these, how much has it improved power, cooling efficiency, economy, or space? And how much did you spend?

that seems a bit high to me. Anybody got any links that explain how you get so much hp from doing that or can explain it better to me? I am in the dark when it comes to that kinda gain by switching over.
Someone (I think it was Bob Cosby) did a dyno before and after with the electric waterpump. IIRC, the gains were like 2-3hp (within the margin of error I would say).

enough of my cooling system relies on electronics, i don't want my water pump to as well.
not to mention they had some problems with the pulley(idler) shearing off. that was a while ago though, so it may be fixed by now.

ive heard that it will free up from 10-12rwhp.
