Does Michigan require a front plate?

According to a plastic bag of screws in the glove box, you are not suppose to drill into the front facia. The bag contains self tapping screws that are to be screwed into the dimples located on the front facia where the tag would be located.

That would suck if you have holes drilled into your car and you dont live somewhere where it needs them...

sucsk for NJ though we have to have the plates...i think cars look so much nicer without them...

Up here in B.C., Canada, we are supposed to have the front plates too, buut my three 'stangs are front naked. Gotta front plate on the Grand Cherokee, though. Don't want any hassles when I'm out with the family.
