If my car has been tuned and the only thing I’m changing is the lower pulley. Does it require a tune revision?

Going from stock to a 4lb lower

Absolutely. You’ll be adding a decent amount of boost.

You’ll need more fuel and less timing.

Not sure what your fuel system setup is but may need a BAP and at least 60s I’d think.

Then just a tune. You’ve got the fuel for it. Might be worth getting the injectors too though. Rather have and not need, than to need and not have buddy.

It has id1000’s… this is on my car with the kb 3.2. I’m kinda concerned about not having enough pump. It’s on e85 now

How much boost are you currently making? What's the power goal? I have twin 450's and ID1050X's and I'm good at 700 on E85. I was told I should be good for 800.

That’s a good question… I really don’t know. I have twin gs342 pumps now
