Does tuning erase if you disconnect battery?

Like the tittle says. My mechanic disconnected my battery to work on my car for about 1 1/2 days. It has the dyno tuning and SCT programing. The car is running fine, I'm just wondering.
Thanks,

As far as I remember only the readiness codes go away. And they reset after you drive it for a while anyway.

What do you mean by "readiness"? I wonder if that's the reason why when I picked her up it was idling over 1k RPMs every time I stopped at red lights. I thought maybe they missed with the timing or something. But after about 3 miles I stopped at a gas station to put gas and when I turned her back on it was back to normal, at around 750 rpm. Like you said, maybe it reset.

Thanks,
