I'm sure its possible, and most likely the Gen III L will already ahve a 32v motor.

You would have to get the 32v Cobra intake assembly minus the charger along with the 32v heads. Probably would cost around 3500 if you look hard enough.

There is one being converted to a 32v 5.4
over at Superior automotive. The engine is complete with billet internals and ported/polished heads with crower valves/springs and cams. The Lighting will sport twin T-76 turbos and a kit will be available for 32v conversions and a turbo kit for 2v lightings.....

They are waiting on the valvetrain to arrive from Crower, but as soon as the engine is in, I will post pics...........:coolman:

Is it possible to use the lower intake assy from an 03 cobra? Do the 4.6's and 5.4's have different deck heights? If they do then it won't work and something would have to be custom made in order to fit aka a sheet metal intake.

Exactly right. The 5.4 is basically a stroked 4.6. Cost isn't close to worth it or people like JL would have been running them already. Instead he's running 9's on the 2v heads.

Throw in the flow potential of the 4v heads and horsepower will go through the roof. A 5.4 dohc will make sick power compared to a 2V.............:burnout:

Yeah but think of the torque the 2v makes:rockon:
