No, it is not. It is actually our product.
Instead of re-inventing the wheel we started with a good overall design and instead of having to pay a tech to modify each unit every time we sold a CAI we sent out one of our modified units to be duplicated.
Here is an example of our exclusive premium dry high performance filter still sealed. You can clearly see that it is our filter.

There are also modifications made to the interior of the tubing like removing kinks at bends to improve flow and efficiency among other things.

Airaid does manufacture the kit (obviously, which isn't a bad thing), but according to Livernois they made several changes to the tube that are specific to their kit. I haven't seen it in person, but Livernois has never steered me in the wrong direction.
