Matt requested that I rephrase the posts, he will be seeking counsel on certain aspects and did not want them in public forum, yet.

I've been informed that Matt Nicholson has been let go from Carbotech Brakes. From what I've heard about the situation, I will no longer include Carbotech as a source for brakes.

Matt put Carbotech on the map with outstanding knowledge and customer support. It appears to be a very poor management decision by new owners and Carbotech has lost an extremely valuable asset.

Sounds like those are grounds for a wrongful termination suit.

That sux, I hope it works out for Matt. When I was deciding what pads to use recently on my '03, I spoke to Matt and he was very helpful! :thumbsup: He suggested the Bobcat pads for my car and I installed them with new Brembo slotted rotors. Matt was right. The pads work great and are clean. His leaving will certainly be a loss to Carbotech.
