Door latch recall for 15's

Anyone get a eta on when ford is going to have to the parts to fix the door latch recall? I've got my eyes on a 15 that got traded in but they can't sell it with an open recall. There saying they won't have the parts till after the new year closer to spring time. Anyone else get some info?? Thanks guys!!!
