Downloading & Saving Vids

Ok, I love some of the vids on this site and would like to know how to save them to my computer. I use Windows ME and the default Windows media player so anyone that knows or how to save please HELP.

put the cursor over the link, right-click the mouse button and move down to "save-as" then click "OK".
