Dragstrip near Raleigh/Durham?

I'm moving from Vermont(Brrrrrrr!) to Creedmoor, NC. I need to know if I'll be searching in vain for a good local dragstrip. Any help would be appreciated! E-:burnout:

Quite a few central NC people are members on this site and go to the track every weekend. I think they go to Fayetteville Motorsports Park alot.

don't know where creedmore is-- but just west of winston is farmington 1/8 mile we go fairly often

There is an 1/8 mile strip between Burlington and Greensboro. been there a long time and is a good track.
