Does anyone know if the stock length shaft will work. Can the stock flange from 8.8 fit on 9" pinion splines? Custom fab 9 at powder coat now.

It will deff not. Once the rear is in the car, you will have to measure the distance. Make sure the car is on a level lift (drive on) We do custom driveshafts with Axle Exchange all the time and can have one made though.

Thanks for the help! Glad someone could help and I'll call you when it's finally installed and measured.

Whats the uca set up for that 9 inch is it the double hook up or does it use a single uca like the 8.8?

Single upper mount, it's a Johnny joint mount from Currie Enterprises. BMR 9" upper control arm.

We put one in a 2007 GT and it came with a UCA. With using a MOSER, we have been using the BMR UCA.

Both worked out good.
