Wouldn't that make driving the 2700 miles and waiting 6 weeks to retain the warranty on the blower worthless? Im sure the vortech warranty will go Bye Bye if it's custom tuned by someone else. Then again i could be wrong.

Beef can't match Vortech's R&D price. And the cosmetic differences make for different clearances. There are differences. Even if there wasn't Vortech is making sure the kit fits correctly.

Evolution is in Delaware. I'm currently in VA. I've found a tuner in Maryland I'm interested in using.

Good question. I'll find out.

Vortech is awesome to do business with - they know we can't bring the cars to CA for every tune and no doubt will honor the 36k warranty if tuned by a reputable, approved shop.

Lance at Vortech is the tuning MAN. He was able to tune the Challenger as well - http://pasnation.pasmag.com/_Vortec...-the-Dodge-Challenger/blog/6220485/94594.html It's worth the drive to have a pro tune with the tuner and engineers who created the system, among the other mods they're doing IMHO.

These came in:

And this happened:

Nikki's Vortech Supercharged 2013 Gotta Have It Green Mustang GT - Run #1 - YouTube

Car made 140hp over baseline. Vortech FTW.

Keep in mind, the 140hp made was on stock EVERYTHING, 91 octane and Vortech's conservative tune.

With the black on that kit, it almost looks completely factory.

I know a tuner in MD who is a Mustang specialist, if you want his info let me know.
