Dyno Tune in NC ??

Does anyone have any experience with a shop that performs dyno tunes and custom chip burning in the Charlotte area ??

Mike Wilson is very good with the 4.6's.
Which dyno are you planing on using? If you don't mind the trip to Belmont you can talk to

Mike has done several dyno tunes at Tom's, and I know Tom can get you Mike Wilson's number. Even if you plan on another dyno, Mike is still one of the best around here.

Also might want to check modular madness, they are in Moorsville, not to far from Charlotte. They did my dyno, and they also tune Diablo chips. They were incredably knowledgable and great to work with.

And Dave Brown of Dave Brown Motorsports in Charlotte.
We just did a dyno day there and they are great guys.One Cobra put down close to 600 at the wheels and a Lightni did like 668 torgue.

Laxton is a vey cool guy. I met him at Darlington when I ran my 13.62. He just seemed really down to earth and not caught up in the "my stuff is better than your stuff" attitude that can sometimes happen at the track.

My 03 Cobra was the first one he did a couple years back. I use a local guy about 45 minutes NE of here now. That was a long haul but I did enjoy David Laxton and crew!
