I don't understand the people saying nice numbers\good numbers. Those aren't good numbers for that setup and OP recognizes it. Good luck OP on getting it squared away. Hopefully a belt change will make a big difference.

Every post I read say they are bad numbers and neglect to mention the belt slip. It is what it is. no way to tell how much power he is losing. The wrong size belt could def sacrifice 50 plus hp.
