Are those numbers typical of a 100% stock 2014?

Ive seen most dyno around 590-610 (stock). A solid 10-30hp underrated and obvy conditions have alot to do with the numbers too. Also his numbers are especially good factoring the SAE corrected are usaully lower.

It doesn't necessarily add HP per-say.. more so frees up HP by preventing oil entering the intake and lowering the octane content of the air fuel mixture if that makes sense?
Got it. I wonder if anyone has ever done a dyno run or 2..added the oil seperator and nothing else then done another dyno run to see how much power was freed up?

Going by the OP's car it definitely helps!

Those are not SAE 5 corrected numbers. SAE will most likely a bit lower. STD on mine was 633HP, but SAE corrected 612HP. SAE corrects for temperature, airpressure etc. Also, drivetrain losses on these are about 10-12%.
