For 2007, the M. B. E class AMG is now the E63 AMG (new engine and no supercharger).

if the gt500 had the tranny and traction control programs of the e63 the gt500 would be running high 11's at 118 all day long. regardless of driver. :thumbsup:

it doesn't have a supercharger this time around, AMG built this engine from a fresh design of their own, on their own standards, and on their own budget from what I understand

Your right I was thinking the BMW they code their cars with Es and the MB E63 has not registered in my mind as the new one yet.
