E85 question

looking at buying a 16 GT. The guy runs E85 without any fuel system upgrades and on stock injectors. Is this safe on the new GTs??

safe? not really. you will lose power because of the lower energy content. ethanol is a good power fuel in engines designed for it like higher compression ratios or forced induction.

worthless in standard gasoline engines. it will eat ur injectors and kill ur gas mileage and without the benefit of a tune it will likely run worse.

Well it does have a E85 tune I did leave that out

Yes it is perfectly safe. The 15+ cars only need a tune to run E85. No other fuel upgrade is needed.
