Hey guys, was looking at your 1400hp rated return style fuel system. I was wondering about installation process, do you have a step by step instructions some where? Do I retain any stock fuel system components or are they all replaced including fuel lines?

Sorry for the late reply. I didn't see this post until today. Regarding our fuel systems they all come with step by step installation instructions as well as a diagram of how the system is to be installed.

All of that stuff can be downloaded right off of our site from the link below.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks, Jared

I installed the entire system and got some questions.
1. Do pumps plug straight up to fuel hat wiring plugs or do I need to take them apart and run each wire individually to pump terminals and heat shrink them?????
2. Didn't see any fuseable link for power wire going to fuse box positive terminal, do I have to buy one and install it???
3. Can I also run boost line from vacuum hose going to pressure sensor on rail??
4. Stock plug for fuel hat is left alone besides level sender wires???

Please respond asap

Igor,
Here are the answers to your questions.

1. Since you have the 1400rwhp kit that uses the 465lph pumps they should be plug and play with the pigtail installed on the underside of the hat. Simply plug the pump into the pigtail. No cutting or wiring should be needed.
Here's what the pigtail and pump should look like.

2. The fusible link is built into the (2) short grey wires with the ring terminal on it. It's the butt connector looking pieces crimped onto the other end of the 2 wires. If the wire between the relays and battery junction box shorts the fusible link (which looks like a butt connector) will blow. So make sure to use the heat shrink tubing included in the wire kit to insulate that connection as if it touches metal it's going to short out.

3. You're going to T into the boost/vac line that goes to the fuel rail pressure sensor and run it to the boost/vac port on the regulator. Make sure to use the small zip ties that come in the kit to secure the connections. This is how the regulator is going to adjust fuel pressure.

4. Correct. The stock plug isn't used anymore. All you want to do it pull the loom back from that stock plug and clip the (2) level sender wires about 2" from the connector. Then connect each one of those wires to the (2) wires coming from the plug on the wiring kit that's connected to your fuel hat.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks, Jared

Alright! Thanks for the response! So far everything is good! Only thing is- can I still run my boost gauge of vacuum line going to fpr? Will it affect anything? ??

Yes you can still use the same boost/vac line for the gauge. It won't cause any issues.
