POTN is a great forum, I was actually going to ask if you had found it yet. I also upgraded from an XTi about a month ago, I'm in the process now of learning off camera lighting. I never thought I would say it but photography is as addictive as modding cars!

40D is a great camera and was my first choice but was out of stock everywhere so i ended up with the 50:lol1:

I think if you sanded down the lip of those wheels to give it a bit of contrast, it will make the car look badass..

If you want a 40D you better hurry up they are being discontinued. They still have some in stock at adorama.com $849.00 after rebate or you can get a refurb for $749.00. They also have used ones in stock starting at $734.00. For the difference I would go new or refurb and have a warranty.
