Eaton M112 on a 5.4L truck?

My friend just placed a Kenne Bell on his '03 cobra and I am thinking of putting his Eaton M112 on my brother's F-150 FX4 with a 5.4L engine. I know they did it on the harley and the L's but could it be installed and tuned on a regular truck? What do you guys think? Is it worth the trouble?
