Eaton Swap - Timing Cover Help!

I'm replacing my timing cover with an 03/04 one.
Do I put RTV in the key way on the crank, and the crank bolt washer?
Then finally on re-installing the crank pulley/damper, do I just tap it on and tighten the crank bolt to 80-100ft-lbs, or is there anything special? I don't want to through the belt out of alignment.

You want to use an install tool to put on the crank pully. I didn't have to put rtv on the key way of the crank I have no oil leaks.
