Ecm computer chip procharger

Just got done installing a p600b procharger
that came with a ecm computer chip for a
1997 cobra, does anybody know if this chip
will work in my 1998 cobra.
Would i risk messing somthing up if i tried it??

I wouldn't take a chance, call up procharger and ask them, But I have heard from many people there chips suck and they blow up your car, I wouldn't even put it in my car, I'd get it tuned.

The 97 and 98 have different computer codes. So more then likely it won't work. Or won't work properly. Take it to a dyno and get a custom tune so you know what's going on.
