I wish you got a few better quality pictures. The strut on the passenger side in a few of the pictures looks like the ears where it mounts to the spindle are bent. You can see that side took a good hit. The frame is bent, the CC plate is missing a bolt (was it broke off in the accident).

Nothing is bent. The CC Plate issue bolt actually was rusted and I never got around to installing a new one because I was going to buy MM... Anyway those are stock and your car has them.
