I live in Reno, NV (4500ft above sea level) I need my car tuned but there is nobody in the area that i trust w/ a built cobra. SO if i take it down to sacramento to AED tuning and get it tuned will the tune be wrong when i get back to elevation?

My car was tuned at Aed and recently I drive the cobra and spent a few days in Reno. Yes the car felt slow up there but my tune didn't seem off at all. Idle
And driveability were still good. Might want To pic Shaun's brain and see what he thinks.
