Hello all! I just learned today we are moving to Garden City 2d Bn 25th Marines I am curious what are the emissions tests up there? just OBDII port? I am in the middle of a turbo build and the plan is to currently route the exhaust out the front bumper.
I dont want to have to route the exhaust out the back and have to keep the cats.
Car is registered in south carolina however i am a resident of texas my backup plan is to just keep it registered in south carolina with a friend. Since I dont like having to rely on someone else I am short on options. Anything else you all can think of?

You should be able to keep the car registered in sc and avoid the emissions test. But in md they don't like exhaust coming from anywhere other then rear or out the sides after the window. My car doesn't have cats and can pass emissions no problem.
