Engine Break in

Hi there

I'm a newb here on SVTP. I just bought a 2013 with only 983 km. Do I need to worry about breaking her in or should it be fine since there are a few km on her?

The U.S. manual says take it easy for the first 1000 Miles. At 983 KMs you're way over that.

So, drive it like you stole it!

938kms is roughly 600 miles. Take it easy until 1500kms or so.

Actually running it hard would have been better according to people who care about these things. The first few miles / minutes were especially important. I don't think it matters much at this point. Just change oil.
