They are located on the passenger side valve covers. Not too sure if the 93-95 Cobras had the signatures on the engines.

93-95 did not as far as I know.
96-97 had a sticker
98 has a scribed metal plaque

You can call SVT(1-800-FORD-SVT) and request a new one. There should be a 9-digit # on the PASSENGER side valve cover and they need this number. I need to do it myself. They can also tell you how to get the SVT Certificate if you need one. :thumbsup:
