So i was just driving to work a few days ago and when I pulled in to park next to another car i hear a howling sound echoing off of the car next to me. I get out pop my hood and i hear it sounding like it is near the pully are but i cant quiet pinpoint it. Later in the day it went away, but then i got to grab a bite to eat and with the radio off, once i hit 1900 on the Tac, i would hear it again decently loud. Anyone have a clue what this is, and how to fix it.:shrug:
