Seems like this is something thet should have been researched before buying the car
In PA to get Antique tags all you have to do is take 4 pictures(each side of the car) then your tag and title place will send in your pics for approval. If they approve they send back tags. That being said a car needs to be 25 years old for antique tags in PA. I'm not aware of another tag you would be eligible for though it may exist. If you keep under 5,000 miles a year it would be emissions exempt.
If a MOD see's this thread please delete it, i can see where it is going to go allready by the first couple posts.
