Equifax Settlement: claim your $125

Like you, I'm disputing a ton of open accounts that aren't mine. I'm not risking more garage over $125.

I was already a victim of identity theft once. I'm just not comfortable with it. Thanks anyway, though.

Just interesting when seemingly everyone else to post so far was exposed and I was the only one so far who didn't aside that "Mr. Shitstorm."

Also read that the settlement of $125 is based on if only <248,000 people taking the cash option as the pool is just 31million.
Then the amount paid per individual goes down..

So if 1 million people go for cash, everyone gets ~$31.

If all 147 million sign up, it's just 21 cents.
